Publication is permissioned, not assumed
The legal gate is part of the product.
Every Atlas source needs a recorded licence, commercial-use decision, attribution, share-alike rule, asset rule, privacy policy, terms link, and review date. Missing or blocked fields stop publication.
Open still has conditions
Attribution and share-alike obligations travel with OGL, CC BY, CC BY-SA, and ODbL sources. They are stored with the records.
Public is not personal
Publicly visible personal details are not republished by default. Contact data, sole-trader details, and home addresses are filtered.
Commerce gets its own gate
Amazon, eBay, Awin, and merchant feeds need separate terms records, disclosures, field controls, and price-freshness checks.
